About Ana Rodriguez

 

Pianist, composer and music instuctor, Ana Rodriguez holds a Master degree in piano performance from the prestigious Mannes College of Music where she studied with the Legendary Jacob Lateiner. She received her Bachelors degree from the University of Miami School of Music where she had studied with famed pedagogue Dr. Rosalina Sackstein. As a performer, Ana Rodriguez has traveled around the world giving performances in venues such as Carnegie Hall and performing with orchestras such as the Queretaro Philharmonic in Mexico. She is an active performer of 20th and contemporary music and is currently working on a CD of living composers. As an instructor, Miss Rodriguez has guided her students whom have gone on to study at prestigious music schools such as the University of Miami, FIU and Berklee. She is the President Elect of the Miami Music Teachers Association, The Guild Chair Person in Miami and is a member of the National Federation of Music Clubs.
